Prize draw terms
The binding terms are the German Teilnahmebedingungen. This page summarises them in English.
- Organiser: the operator of Fixplatz named in the imprint, hello@fixplatz.com. No university runs or supports this draw.
- Prize: among the first 100 confirmed entries on the launch list that enter the draw, we draw 10 x €20 of Fixplatz balance. With fewer than 100, we draw among all there are. The prize is balance, with no cash payout. You can use it from launch, at any university where Fixplatz then runs.
- Free: entry costs nothing. You don’t have to buy anything, and buying doesn’t improve your chance.
- Who: ages 16 and up, living in Austria or studying at an Austrian university.
- How: sign up for the launch list, tick the separate box for the draw and confirm your address with the link in our email. The box is optional, and you join the list without it too. One entry per confirmed address with the box ticked. Entries already confirmed don’t enter. If you leave the list before the draw, you’re out.
- Period: entry ends at 100 confirmed entries in the draw or on 31 January 2027, whichever comes first. The time of confirmation sets the order. After that, a ticked box no longer counts.
- Draw: at random, within 14 days after entry ends. Winners are notified by email at the confirmed address. We publish no names.
- Your data: see the privacy policy.
- Law: Austrian law. Mandatory consumer protection still applies.
